How do I manage or cancel my monthly donation?
You can update or cancel a monthly donation at any time through the donor portal. Sign in with the email address you used when donating, and you can change your amount, update your payment method, or cancel — no questions asked.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
No. AuthMonster is built by Moonfoot Labs, a company rather than a registered charity, so donations are not tax-deductible. They do, however, keep Toki very well fed.
